Charles Dickens:
A few Christmases ago, we read A Christmas Carol. Both boys enjoyed the story. This time around, Parker learned more about his life by reading Who Was Charles Dickens?
Afterwards, he read several excerpts from Usborne Illustrated Stories From Dickens. First, he read “The Life and Times of Charles Dickens”, “Oliver Twist”, “Bleak House”, “Great Expectations”, and “A Tale of Two Cities”.
RESEARCH PROJECT:

Parker continued to modify his research paper as he found more information about coral reef ecosystems the ocean books he read as well as in the DK Water Cycles.
