Memory Verse:

I created a Bible verse printable for John 10:7-18; however, I decided to have Parker memorize “If” by Rudyard Kipling.

Parker memorized the poem completely and continued to smooth it out so he could present it at the end of the week.

He was still getting over a cold, but he recited it all from memory. Great job, Parks!

This week we continued our nutrition science lessons in Food and Nutrition for Every Kid.

Ch 8 – The Pyramid:

I helped Parker create a construction paper pyramid in Parker’s science notebook.

After taping them in place, Parker filled out the information about servings in each category.
