On Thursday, he recited it from memory.
Full Armor of God:
We’ve really enjoyed reading Tony Evan’s A Kid’s Guide to the Armor of God. This week, we continued our study of the armor of God.

This week we resumed studyingi the shield of faith.

Parker continued mapping out the facts as I read about the pieces of armor.
SOCIAL STUDIES:
This week, we continued our study of Africa.

You can purchase the growing bundle here at our TPT Store.
Africa:

Since Parker completed the All About Africa World Report from our growing bundle, I had him work on adding stickers to the African maps.

We loved Living Water in the Desert. Parker asked if there were other books, so I brought out With Two Hands, from Level C. He was so little, he only remembered one of the stories. This book has been an amazing addition to our African studies!

Reading:

We continued studying, The Tree Lady. Many of the books we read were relevant to our history and book study.

We read about soil, gardens, and the parable of the sower.

Calendar:
I updated our calendar for April and printed this month’s calendar worksheet.

Parker added dates, holidays and birthdays.

We read the April poem from A Child’s Calendar.
