CHAPER 18 & 19
BIBLE:
FIAR Bible Supplement:

Parker read the FIAR Bible lessons for this Chapter from the FIAR Bible Supplement.
Bible Verse:

For this chapter, Parker wrote and memorized Deuteronomy 29:29.
SOCIAL STUDIES:
Life Skills – Living a Life of Service – Developing a Servant’s Heart:
When I think about a servant’s heart, I always think about Mary and Martha.

Parker read their story in Luke 10:38-42.
LANGUAGE ARTS:
Writing & Discussion Question:

Parker answered this chapter’s discussion question in his FIAR Notebook.
SCIENCE:
Synthetics – What They Are and How They Help Us:

Since it was Earth Day, I thought it would be good to read about this holiday.

Next, I had Parker read Take a Closer Look at Plastics on our EPIC app.
Genealogy:

On the days we didn’t have a FIAR science unit, Parker continued reading from the National Geographic Kids Guide to Genealogy book.
FINE ARTS:
Crayons and Carver:

First, I had Parker read True Colors! The Story of Crayola.

Afterwards, he dug through his big box of Crayolas to select and write his favorite colors.
